Document Description
The projects would develop new water supplies to augment the city's water supply portfolio consistent with the city's recently completed 2017 Comprehensive Water Resources Report and 2015 Urban Water Management Plan. The projects would include an advanced water purification facility, a water conveyance system, groundwater wells, wildlife/treatment wetlands, Ventura Wastewater Reclamation Facility treatment upgrades, and a concentrate discharge facility. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 35-year General Lease – Public Agency Use through April 6, 2058.
