Document Description
Note: Due to missing information listed under Current Use/Tax and Zoning on the Lowry application, we are reissuing this notice and adding the Riparian application to seek comments. Per the request of the Redding Rancheria received September 26, 2017, requesting to combine the Riparian and Lowry application. The previous notice for the Lowry application was dated September 8, 2017
Riparian Property:
The property consists of approx 21.87 acres located in an unincorporated area of Shasta County, CA and commonly referred to as APN: 049-390-038, and 049-390-040. The Tribe will continue to use the property for open space, residential and traditional purposes. The Tribe has no future development plans for the subject property. The property is contiguous to the Redding Rancheria.
Lowry Property:
The subject property consists approx 66.00 acres locatted in an unincorporated area of Shasta County, CA and commonly referred to as APN: 049-390-037, 049-370-005, and 049-380-12. The subject parcels are currently vacant, open space. Under this proposed action the tribe has no plans to develop or otherwise change the existing use of this property.
