CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0305-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Sierra Pacific Industries, as represented by Daniel Ziebron.
Project is limited to: the establishment and use of a new in-channel waterhole (Work point W-A); the maintenance and use of an existing off-channel waterhole (Work point W-C); the removal of material and re-establishment of a stream channel (Work point21.2); the removal of a culvert and installation of a new arched Corrugated Metal Pipe (Work point 23.1); and the removal of material and reinforcement of an existing diversion point (Work point 23.4).
