Document Description
Which is a request to refurbish an existing 3,998 square foot commercial banking building (formerly Premier West Bank) for use as a professional office building and fast food restaurant with drive-thru. The project is located in the heavy Commercial (C-2) zone district. The project includes use of the existing 36 space parking lot, conceptual Commission approval for development of a new parking area for trucks and RVs on the adjacent 38,000 square foot undeveloped parcel, as well as enlargement of the existing 80-foot high freeway sign by 134 square feet. The building will include a joint-tenant restaurant, conversion of the drive-thru for use by the restaurant and a separate leasable 1,500 office tenant space. The bank property is currently fully landscaped, is served by all utilities and has full frontage improvements. Total project area is approximately two acres.
