Document Description
AVEK is in need of additional water supplies due to the extreme dry hydrologic conditions within their service area. LCID has water available for transfer from their 2016 SWP supply. The transfer water delivered to AVEK and the return water delivered to LCID will be carried out using the SWP, AVEK, and LCID existing facilities.
