Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2017-0301-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Sue Tippets/Santa Clara Valley Water District.
The purpose of the project is to remove two coast live oak trees. The trees have grown beyond the capacity of the narrow space between a residential fence line and the channel wall resulting in fractures within the concrete flood control channel wall. The trees are potentially creating a hazardous condition to the surrounding residential properties.
