Document Description
The project is to construct a convenience store with car wash area and fuel dispenser island. A bio-retention basin constructed in the western portion of the site will treat onsite storm water; over flow from the basin will discharge to the Mojave Dr channel. Work in the channel includes extending the existing box culvert under Village Dr and construction of a rip-rap splash pad for storm water discharges.
