CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2017-0275-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Engineered SoiRepairs, Inc., as represented by Tom Dudley.
Project is limited to installation of a stitch pier retaining structure and rock rip-rap slope armoring along the south side of the residence. The purpose of work is to protect the upper yard area from slope movement and to provide erosion protection below the proposed retaining structure to prevent further erosion into the creek.
