Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0284-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Rodney Riggs. Project is limited to installing fiberglass jackets and grout around the existing concrete footings, steel connection components, piers and wood support posts within the residential foundation. Each pier is approx. 2 feet in diameter by 2 feet high and each wooden support post is approx. 1-foot in diameter and range from 4 feet high to 14 feet high. Activities include the placement of approx. 8 cubic feet of grout around each pier and 0.8 cubic feet of grout per foot in height around each wooden post. Project activities will occur during lake draw down and in dry conditions. Additionally, low water dock piles will be installed into the lakebed to support the existing floating dock during low lake levels.
