March Residence Bank Stabilization Project
NOE - Notice of Exemption
The primary purpose of the Project is to stabilize the banks of Busch Creek that eroded during winter storms to reduce the delivery of additional sediment into the creek and protect Applicant's property. The proposed Project would use earth moving machinery and include installing a bioengineered structures at the base of the slope and banks of the Applicant's property along Busch Creek at four (4) specific locations on the property within one reach of the creek, totaling approximately 240 linear feet.
The project involves the use of material compatible with the natural features of the creek bend and bank to reduce sediment discharge and improve habitat for fish and wildlife resources.
