Document Description
The proposed project would involve the creation of defensible space around the existing residence, office, and road NF-16SD1. The project would fully comply with the San Diego County's 2017 Consolidated Fire Code, the Memorandum of Understanding between the San Diego County Fire Chief's Association and the Wildlife Agencies dated 1997, and with the Biological Opinion prepared by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife service dated 1997, Guidelines Best Management Practices recommended by the San Diego County Fire Authority, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, and the Wildlife Agencies would be followed for the establishment of the defensible space.
