Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board), as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. Construction of the project was started in November 2016. Improvements were made to a 2,600 foot2, 10-foot tall, 200,000-gallon reservoir to install aeration treatment in order to help remove PCEs (Tetrachloroethylene) to meet MCL requirements. The tanks were coated with polyurethane, and new stainless steel screens were installed on the overflow pipe, intake pipe, and drainpipe.
