Document Description
The Project includes activities related to the removal of existing slope protection including concrete and replacement with clean rock slope protection and willow stake planting for increased bank stabilization along El Toro Creek adjacent to the substation. One willow tree will be trimmed, but not removed entirely. Cuttings from the portion of the willow tree removed will be utilized as the stakes for stability planting.
