The applicant is requesting an amendment to the previously approved Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to expand the existing 1,275 sq. ft. indoor entertainment facility by an additional 1,374 square foot industrial building. All activities would continue to be conducted within the approved tenant space as no exterior alterations are proposed. As the "indoor Amusement/Entertainment" use requires approval of a CUP within the Heavy Industrial (HI) zoning district (EGMC Title 23 Zoning), a CUP amendment must be approved to allow the operation to expand by an additional 800 square feet (62% increase from orignial).
