The Project consists of a Major Design Review Amendment to modify several elements of the previosly-approved Chevron fuel station with convenience store, restaurant, and automatic car wash facility to be located at 8945 Brown Road. The proposed amendments include: additional 20-foot by 85-foot (1,700 square feet) parking shade canopy to be similar to approved canopy with vacuum pumps: 7-foot tall (6 feet x 20 feet) screening wall for vacuum pumps; amended pay canopy split into two smaller canopies; increased parapet height to screen rooftop equipment; and minor deviations to color for corporate rebranding. All other components of the project will remain consistent with the terms of the original Chevron project (EG16-033) approved by the Planning Commission on April 6, 2017.
