Document Description
The proposed project will replace four existing rooftop gas/electric package units, and one chiller unit and one roof top exhaust fan. The proposed project will install 4 new rooftop gas/electric units, one rooftop packaged chiller unit, and one rooftop exhaust fan. Also included are furnishing and installation of new supply diffusers, return registers, and a new Energy Management System (EMS) with remote monitoring and control. The exterior lighting to the new EMs will be rewired.
