Document Description
Project consists of leasing hangar warehouse storage space (40,800 sf) and small office (1,200 sf) within the McClellan Airfield Industrial Park. The warehouse will be used to store airplane equipment that is needed during fire vents. Minor alterations to the interior is proposed.
Currently, the Aviation Management unit leases 42,941 sf of warehouse space at 1635 Main Ave., located approx. four miles to the west. The landlord of the warehouse has decided not to renew the lease at this location necessitating a move to the new warehouse.
