Document Description
Project consists of leasing space within an existing office complex consisting of 1,067 sf storage and 1,097 sf of office space. This new space is located at 4700 Northgate Blvd., Suite 135, Sacramento, CA 95834.
Currently, the Engineering, Arson and Bomb Unit stores equipment at several locations in the Sacramento region and is in need of a permanent location. Storage will consist of equipment used during investigation, training, local assistance, law enforcement operations and securing evidence. There will not be any employees stationed at this location although office space will be used intermittingly by investigators who will use their own cell phones and laptops.
