Document Description
The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) is proposing to amend current solid waste regulations to define two new types of transfer and processing facilities and operations called "Secondary Material Processing Facilities" and "Secondary Material Processing Operations" and place these within CalRecycle's Solid Waste Facility Permitting Tiers in Title 14, Division 7 of the California Code of Regulations.
