Document Description
The Robert Mondavi Envelope and Repair project is to complete repairs within three existing buildings at the Robert Mondavi Wine & Food Institute: Sensory Building, RMI North Lab, and RMI South lab due to water intrusion damage to the interior finishes. The repair work includes removal and replacement of stucco cladding, wet-seal at key locations, rework at punched windows and below grade waterproofing, removal and replacement of single-ply roofing at outdoor tiled terrace and restoration of interior finishes.
