Document Description
The proposed project is a ROW to Coronado Cays Homeowner's Association to enter the property located bayside, parallel to Tunanpuna Lane in the city of Coronado, CA. The area proposed for use under this ROW would be used by the Permittee and the permittee's authorized agent and contractor for the purpose of ingress and egress in support of headwall maintenance, specifically, the installation of approx 50 auger style anchors into the Mardi Gras headwall. The headwall and all proposed work would take place outside of Tidelands. Furthermore, the permittee would be responsible for abiding by and for conforming to all laws and regulation associated with the activities on or in connection with the above described premises, including hazards and hazardous materials and stormwater. The ROE is anticipated to commence November 1, 2017, and terminate May 31, 2018 for a total term of 19 months, or upon completion of all work, whichever occurs earlier. The ROE may be terminated by the District, or by Permittee, as a matter of right or w/o cause at any time upon providing 24 hours written notice to the other party of such termination.
