Document Description
Change the public right of way (ROW) designation of Colstream Road at Donner Memorial State Park to elfect current use. The existing ROW, commnly known as Coldstream Canyon Road (AKA Coldstream Valley Rd. or Coldstream Rd.) is no longer passable by vehicle. A parallel alignment, commonly known as the Haul Rd, is preferred route. The public ROW easement for passage through the valley will be changed to the Haul Rd to relfect current uses. This is an administrative action with no on the ground construction.
