Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0210-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Sue Tippets/Santa Clara Valley Water District. The purposes of the project is to remove three invasive blue gum eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) trees, which range in size in diameter-at-breast-height of 50 inches, 60 inches, and 110 inches. The trees are considered hazardous with the potential to impact the adjacent apartment complex, the channel, residents, and overhead high-voltage power lines.
