CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0424-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jeanne Rose.
A 37-foot wide by 15-foot high section of embankment along the San Lorenzo River failed following storms that occurred in the winter of 2017. The failure has caused the embankment to slide downslope towards the San Lorenzo River and away from a residential home located at the top of the embankment. The project is limited to repairs to the embankment.
