Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0184-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Sue tippets/Santa Clara Valley Water District.
The purpose of the project is to remove on invasive acacia (Acacia sp.) tree within the riparian corridor, which measures 15 inches in diameter-at-breast-height. The tree is leaning towards Mckee Road and is considered hazardous with the potential for tree or limbs to fall and possible impact vehicles and pedestrians.
