Document Description
Install a modular office building at Morro Bay State park to provide office space for park staff. In an area with two (2) existing office buildings, this project will: Place a 20' x 40' foot modular office building on an existing concrete pad with existing utilities in place; Install two prefabricated 20' by 20' woodsheds; Move an already existing greenhouse and growing tables onto the site; Import aggregate road base to establish 3,000 square feet of additional parking; Upgrade the existing electrical panel; Install a new power pole; Install a low metal fence barrier to protect an existing fire hydrant and water main from passing vehicles; Install an electric entrance gate; And Install a directional sign mounted on two 4x4 posts at the driveway entrance
