Document Description
This project will install the new single wide housing unit on the trailer pad, install an ADA accessible ramp, and add decking and porch. While the trailer pad was originally set up for a pull in travel trailer or RV, and hook directly into the RV utility pedestal, the new housing unit will need to have the utility lines hard connected through underground utilities.
