Document Description
The Project includes the cleanout of a portion of Rush Creek along 1,050 linear feet of a channelized portion of the creek along the soutbound ramp for US-101 near the Atherton Aveue exit in the City of Novato. A long reach excavator shall be used to remove an estimated 3,500 cubic yards of sediment and debris to create a center channel that varies from 20 to 40 feet in width, leaving approximately 5 feet of sediment, debris and vegetation along the north and south banks of Rush Creek to retain habitat while allowing adequate flow movement to continue.
