Document Description
The primary purpose of the Project is to stabilize the banks of Robinson Creek that eroded during winter storms to reduce the delivery of additional sediment into the creek. The proposed Project would use earth moving machinery and include installing a bioengineered structure at the base of the slope of the Applicant's property along Robinson Creek and reshaped to a 2:1 slope. The Applicant has submitted design plans that vegetated rock slope protection, willow siltation battles, a live willow wall, a willow brush mattress, redwood tree root wads that recently fell into the creek, use of native stream bed material and native riparian plantings.
