Document Description
Eastern Municipal Water District's (District) Water Treatment Lighting Retrofit Project (Project) proposes to replace approximately 2,400 existing light fixtures with energy efficient LED fixtures at the District's Moreno Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility (MVRWRF) and Perris Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility (PVRWRF). The proposed project is designed to replace both interior and exterior lighting fixtures, thus reducing energy consumption.
