Document Description
The proposed action consists of a Fee To Trust Transfer (FTTT) which includes 21 total properties, 19 of which are contiguous to existing Tribe lands now under trust (on reservation properties sub-totaling 864.66 acres), and 2 are non-contiguous (off reservation properties sub-totaling 10.43 acres). The EA has been prepared to study all potential impacts resulting from transfer to trust of all 21 properties totaling 875.09 acres. These 21 properties are identified in separate applications to the BIA, covering both:1) the 19 on reservation properties; and 2) the 2 off reservation properties.
