Document Description
The project proposes construction of approx 26,100 sf of new building space, internal modifications and modernization of five existing buildings, demolition/removal of several buildings and portable classrooms (approx 10,500 sf), construction of new outdoor play and sports area, and construction of a new outdoor amphitheater. The site would be reconfigured to accommodate new buildings, expanded and reconfigured parking areas, a new parent drop-off and pick-up lane, and relocated sports fields. The project is intended to update the facilities and would not increase the number of students at the school beyond the current enrollment.
