Document Description
The proposed project is the subdivision of an approx 1.99-acre parcel into four parcels and a remainder. Parcel A would be 10,697 sf, parcel B would be 12,559 sf, parcel C would be 12,356 sf, parcel D would be 28,867 sf, and the remainder parcel would be 21,220 sf. Subsequent to the subdivision of the property, the applicant proposes to construct a single-family residence on each parcel A, B, C, and D. The parcels would be accessed by a 20-ft wide private road in a 25-ft wide private access and utility easement off of Huston Rd. The private road would cross a tributary of Murderer's Creek with a 35.43-ft long span bridge.
