The project is the installation of a sanitary sewer force main from the existing Westley Wastewater Treatment Plant to the site of the existing Grayson WWTP. The total length of the proposed pipeline would be approx 3.25 miles. Improvements would be added to the existing Grayson WWTP facility, including aeration and stabilization ponds where the combined wastewaters would be treated and discharged to an existing disposal area. The existing Westley WWTP would be decommissioned and abandoned.
