Document Description
Proposed amendments to the Nevada County Land use and development code chapter II zoning regulations related to ag marketing. The proposed project is an effect by the county to support the ag economy of Nevada County by allowing agritourism activities on a farm or working ranch within the primary ag zoning districts subject to the same basic health and safety standards as a field retail or farm stand within the zone and adds requirements that agritourism activities cease by 10 pm and adhere to the county's allowable noise limits established by land use and development code.
