Document Description
The Energy Commission reviewed the Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration as approved by the Yuba County Planning Department. The Yuba County Planning Commission is the lead agency on this IS/MND and approved Conditional Use Permit CUP 2017-0003 on 21st day of February 2018. California Energy Commission is approving a grant to ICF Incorporated, LLC to design and constuct an innovative 3 Megawatt (MW) (net) biomass power plant that will incorporate advanced air pollutant emossion controls and a low water consumption condenser yp to 30,000 bone dry tons of forest biomass per year.
