Document Description
The City of Half Moon Bay is proposing to improve the intersection of Hwy 1 / S. Main St by (1) installing a signal, (2) removing the high-speed exit from northbound Hwy 1 onto Main St., (3) installing a new near-90 degree dedicated right turn lane from northbound Hwy 1 onto Main St., (4) extending the existing southbound left-turn lane to provide additional storage capacity, (5) constructing a new Class I bicycle/pedestrian path along S. Main St. that would connect to the existing Class I bicycle/pedestrian path along the west side of Hwy 1, and (6) providing a landscaped gateway entry monument.
