(1) Excavate up to 4.5 acres to connect series of ponds to main stem Sacramento River for purpose of creating 3,000 lf of salmonid juvenile rearing habitat. (2) Install two bridge crossings and one culvert to maintain access for public service and recreation; (3) install one recreational pedestrian trail along east bank of new side channel; (4) potential placement of up to 7,500 cy of excavated cobble/gravel for salmonid spawning use.
