The city is proposing to complete improvements to its public water system. Improvements include replacement of a water tank on Quail Hill with a larger tank; improvements to the Pressure Reducing Valve Station on McCloud Ave; replacement of approx 7,500 ft of water mains within the Roseburg water system; and installation of approx 1,000 ft of 12-in water main in a segment of McCloud Ave. The improvements are needed in order to provide additional storage to meet current adequate fire flows. The subject properties are not included on any list of hazardous pursuant to section 65962.5 of the CA Gov Code.
