Document Description
The Carpenter Road/Whitmore Ave. intersection would be signalized and widened to accommodate existing and projected traffic, and to provide lane transitions and shoulder area. Each approach would provide a left-turn pocket and a through/right turn lane. An existing bridge across a canal operated by the Turlock Irrigation District would be replaced by a concrete box culvert.
