Document Description
The project is limited to the construction of a bridge crossing over an ephemeral drainage to provide access to a residential parcel that is a part of Phase 1 of the Vineyards at El Dorado Hills Project. The
proposed crossing will be a structural plate arch, with a 26-foot span and an 8-foot 7-inch rise, founded on a 6-foot-wide footing with geo-wall headwalls and wing walls. The Project will not result in fill or
disturbance of the drainage. A minimum 10-foot setback will be established between the bridge footings and the edge of the drainage, and no construction equipment will be allowed within this setback. Phase 1 will have mass grading of 1.36 acres of land within 100 feet of seasonal wetland swales and other aquatic features. A 25-foot set back buffer to aquatic features will be put in place for all mass grading activities. No in-stream work will be required for any of the above-mentioned activities.
