The Central Valley Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject project. The project will re-grade approx. 280 linear feet of the west bank of the San Joaquin river to repair erosion and mass wasting portions of the bank. Rock slope protection will be added to the protect the repaired section of the San Joaquin River.
