- Caltrans proposes to install traffic signals, construct a left-turn pocket and replace an existing double box culvert with a clear-span bridge with retaining walls on the south side of SR116. The Project will also relocate an existing drainage system and install a new drainage system, widen the shoulders to standard width and install new pavement on SR116. This Amendment No. 1 will not increase total impacts to Covered Species habitat and will only increase the number of seasons in which it will take to complete the project from one season to two seasons. This will not result in the increase of impact to habitat for the Covered Species and shall not cause individual covered species the potential for take through increased habitat impacts. The Amendment referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of Project implementation
