Document Description
Caltrans will install traffic signals, construct a left-turn pocket and replace an existing double box culvert with a clear-span bridge with retaining walls on the south side of SR 116. The Project will relocate an existing drainage system and install a new drainage system, widen the shoulders to standard width and install new pavement on SR 116. Project activities and their resulting impacts are expected to result in the incidental take of individuals of the Covered Species. The activities described above expected to result in incidental take of individuals of the Covered Species include dewatering an approx. 239 foot long channel reach of bed, bank and channel, as well as removing riparian vegetation and complex riparian canopy, complex root structure and/or overhanging vegetation in the stream (Covered Activities),
