Document Description
Caltrans will install traffic signals, construct a left-turn pocket, replace an existing double box culvert with a clear-span bridge, and construct two retaining walls on south side of SR 116. The Project will also relocate an existing drainage system and install a new drainage system, widen select shoulders to standard width and install new pavement on SR 116.
