Document Description
The project is a sewer line abandonment and a new sewer installation within the City of Goleta, Santa Barbara County, and on UCSB property to address a capacity deficiency in the existing sewer running through the Storke Ranch development. The project involves installation of approx. 3,800 feet of sewer line along Phelps Road between Pacific Oaks Rd. and Sycamore Walk, approx. 1,900 feet of sewer line on UCSB property along Mesa Road from Sycamore Walk to the existing Mesa Road sewer line, and approx. 900 feet of sewer line on UCSB property extending south along Sycamore Walk from Mesa Road approx. 1,500 feet of existing sewer line on UCSB property would be abandoned.
