Note: Review Per Lead Project consists of the design, engineering of a planned 41-unit new construction affordable housing development (infill development) to be located at 11316 Main St, in Lamont, Kern County, CA (APN 187-030-37). The development may include construction of 40 two-bedroom apartment units affordable to households earning 50% of Adjusted Median income or less. In addition, the proposal includes construction of 3 single-story residential buildings and 3 two-story residential buildings, a community center, on-site manager office, playground and approx 1,025 sf of commercial space.
