- The proposed project consists of the widening of Vineland Avenue, from Whitesbridge Rd to 660 ft south, to the ultimate width for a city of Kerman standard collector street (84 ft ROW; 64 ft from curb to curb). The widening will consist of the construction of an 8 ft parking lane and 5 ft bike lane in each direction. The proposed project will also include the construction of concrete curb & gutter and concrete sidewalks. Storm drain facilities will be installed to serve the widened roadway. ROW acquisition will be required from two properties along the east side of Vineland Ave.
