The proposed project includes a multi-tenant building with two (2) tenant spaces which include a 2,335 square-foot sit-down restaurant with a drive-through (DBA Chipotle) and a 1,503 square-foot ice cream shop (DBA Bruster’s) for a combined building square footage of 4,025 square-feet on a 0.96-acre project site located on PAD 2 of the Hamner Place Retail Development at the southeast corner of Hamner Avenue and Schleisman Road. Pursuant to Section 15162 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guideline, it is the independent judgement of the Lead Agency that the Project will not result in any new or more significant impacts to the environment other than those which have already been assessed under the Lewis Retail Project EIR (adopted by City Council via Resolution 18-31 on June 27, 2018) and an Addendum has been prepared in accordance with Sections 15162 and 15164 of the CEQA Guidelines.
