The IRRP would involve construction of a 9-mile pipeline to transport recycled water from the San Jose Creek Water Reclamation Plant to the Santa Fe Spreading Grounds to replenish groundwater in the Main San Gabriel Basin. In addition to the pipeline the proposed project would include a pump station and four groundwater monitoring wells. The pump station would be located on the northwestern side of the SJCWRP. The monitoring wells would be installed within the SFSF above the Santa Fe Dam.
